Canadian officer punts man in the face

Police brutality occurs all around the world, not only in the United States.
It is important to recognize this and help stop the abuse.

*The Following report takes place in Canada, and in my opinion, it is clearly an unforgettable act.*

Aparently, Canada has the awful dwelling problem of police misconduct as well. On January 10th, 2011, an RCMP officer in Kelowna BC Canada is under investigation after his act of police misconduct. He kicked a man in the face while he was kneeling outside of his truck during a traffic stop. The man is a golf course employee and owns a shotgun to scare away (not kill) geese as part of his job. The weapon is completely licenced and legal to use for that purpose of scaring the geese. However, police in Canada, did not see it that way. Take a look for yourself (video below).

Video of incident:

As you can see, the kick the officer delivered to his face was completely unprovoked. The puddle of blood streaming from his face does not lie. This officer was in the wrong because he was not being threatened in any way. the gun was not in the man's hands or pointed at anyone. he has a job to do with that gun and the officer should've gotten the facts straight before jumping to conclusions. Once out of the truck, the man was simply kneeling and not moving. Does this make him deserving of an NFL worthy kick to his face? There's no way, in my opinion. He was charged with careless use of firearm and is still in jail.
As shown in this video, the major problems with certain officers is that they get a feeling that they are above the law. That is the #1 cause of police brutality. As a result, they do not follow procedure and don't collect facts first. The whole situation is not right, whether it is in Canada, USA, or anywhere else.
